Shipping and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your X Products purchase for any reason, please contact our Warranty Department by filling out the Warranty form, or the Sales Office at 928-852-0078 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your return is due to a mis-ship or faulty product, X Products will issue a Return Label. If you return your product for any other reason or under any other circumstance, you will be responsible for the freight.
Note that a 15% Restocking Fee will apply to refunds on returned merchandise in resellable condition. This covers the credit card processing fee incurred at the time of purchase and shipping, as well as the warranty department’s time inspecting returned items.

While X Products would like to make your online purchase as easy as possible, we ask that you are sure you want to purchase the item in question prior to completing the order.
Your credit card is billed immediately during purchase through our secure payment gateway, thus orders result in fees imposed by the credit card companies. For this reason, X Products reserves the right to assess a 3% cancellation fee on orders canceled prior to shipment.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Please see the above information on Returns.
Provided the items you ordered are currently in stock and not on back-order, your order will ship out typically within 3 business days, Monday through Friday except for holidays. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order ships. You may also look up the tracking number by looking at the order number history on the website.
We ship via best means available (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) which typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the United States. We ship USPS only to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico.
We do not expedite or overnight orders.
